Renovation of a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Renovate the Main South/West Entrance Lobby #1002, Parking Lot Entrance at the North/East Hallway #1008 & Play Ground Entrance of the South/East Hallway #1002. Work to include: Upgrading of existing Door Hardware. Construction on a new Main Entrance Lobby Vestibule with the Supply & Install of new Aluminum Doors & Windows. Supply & install of a new Security Card Access/Video intercom system, along with New Door Operators. Work will include all new electrical wiring for above Security System & Door Operators along with all required programing needed for a fully operations system.
