Vendors are invited to submit written quotes to the Brockton Area Transit Authority (BAT) to furnish and install a four-post alignment lift at the BAT MOF. Work will be scheduled to commence immediately upon acceptance of the most advantageous quote provided by a responsible vendor and must be completed by May 5, 2023. The scope of work and solicitation documents are available at no cost at the BAT Administrative Office, 155 Court Street, Brockton, MA 02302 during regular business hours. BAT may reject any and all quotes when required to do so by the above referenced statute or waive any informality if it determines it to be in the public interest to do so. The award of this contract is contingent on the availability of funds from the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
