The East County Flagship will provide unique, specialized, high-value programs and resources. This full-service, destination library will dramatically increase equity in services, access and square footage of usable community space, directly addressing the historically under-built, underserved neighborhoods of east Multnomah County. The East County Flagship Library project builds an estimated 95,000 sf new flagship library on a new site. *As of August 30, 2023, project is under construction and is nearing completion.
