Redevelopment of a Site That Consists of Five (5) Vacant Parcels of Land (Pcns: 00-43-43-30-03-029-0350; 00-43-43-30-03-029-0390; 00-43-43-30-03-029-0120; 00-43-43-30-03-029-0410; and, 00-43-43-30-03-029-0431 Totaling Approximately 0.98 +/- Acres), Which Includes Three (3) Parcels That Are Owned by the Westgate Cra, as Well as Two (2) Privately-owned Adjacent Properties. The Sale of the Cra-owned Properties is Being Offered as an Entire Set. Proposers Are Encouraged to Negotiate With the Owners of the Adjacent Properties. The Redevelopment Site is Located in the Westgate Community Redevelopment Area and is Bordered by Westgate Avenue to the South and Cherokee Avenue to the North. All Parcels Are Mid-block With Osceola Drive as the Closest Intersection. The Westgate Cra Will Establish a Review Committee to Review and Rank All Qualified Proposals in Accordance With the Selection Criteria. Up to Three of the Top Ranked Proposers Will Be Invited to Make a Presentation at a Public Meeting to the Westgate Cra Board. Proposals Will Then Be Presented to the Westgate Cra Board for Contract Award Consideration at a Date and Time to Be Determined. Final Land Conveyance Shall Be Approved by the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners. The Westgate Cra Reserves the Right to Accept Any Proposal, to Waive Any Irregularities in Any Proposal, to Cancel This Request for Proposals, to Reject Any or All Proposals, and/or to Re-advertise for Proposals for Any Reason Whatsoever, in Its Sole Discretion. All Proposers Should Be Familiar With the Requirements of Florida Statutes Chapter 163.380 to Which This Request for Proposal is Subject.
