Site work for a water / sewer project in Nobleford, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Town of Nobleford has retained the services of WSP E&I Canada Limited to execute a pre-qualification process for Prime Contractors who will enter a contract for the Raw Water Reservoir Rehabilitation (Earthworks, Drainage and Liner Replacement) project scheduled for the spring/summer of 2023. The project is intended to replace failed liners on two raw water ponds, while adding under-liner drainage and upgrading the aeration system. Scope of work will consist of, but not limited to: Earthworks Excavation Compacted clay backfill Material supply and material disposal Topsoil stripping, placement & seeding Drainage system Supply and installation of perforated rigid drainage pipe Supply and placement of gravel envelope and geotextile wrap Supply and installation of pumpwells, pumps, power, discharge piping and associated equipment Removal & disposal of existing HDPE liner Installation of new owner-supplied HDPE liner Supply and installation of wave protection products Pond aeration system removal and installation of new system Chain-link fence removal and re-installation
