Site work and paving for a road / highway in Palm Coast, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Scope: The City of Palm Coast intends to request bids for milling & resurfacing of the arterial roadways shown in the plans attached in Appendix "F". This will include milling 1.5 inches or 2 inches of asphalt and replacing with 1.5 inches or 2 inches, respectively, of asphalt to include, striping and utility valve/ manhole adjustments. Arterial roadway work will include areas of base repair and shoulder work. Alternate bids 1 and 2 will include the milling and resurfacing of residential roadways at a depth of 1.5 inches. Alternate bid 3 will include areas of roadway base reconstruction around water utility manholes on Sesame Boulevard. Any questions concerning the intent, meaning and interpretations of the bid documents including the draft agreement, shall be requested in writing through the City's Procurement Portal Web Page. QUESTION DEADLINE: March 30, 2023 at 2:00 PM Intent to Bid by Apr 05, 2023 2:00 PM EDT.
