Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in San Diego, California. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
CC22-0256-52-A1-G1 (GMP No. 1) (Lease-Leaseback) The scope of work is a whole site modernization consisting of (2) single-story classroom buildings, a single-story kindergarten building, library building, administration and multipurpose building and exterior improvements. The exterior improvements will include bringing sidewalks up to code throughout the campus, redoing the existing asphalt paving at the playground and parking lot, replacing (3) play structure areas, and installing a new outdoor stage area in place of existing relocatable classroom spaces PLEASE NOTE: BALFOUR BEATTY CONSTRUCTION LLC PREQUALIFICATION: All BIDDERs must be prequalified to BID on Balfour Beatty Construction Projects for any Bid in excess of $500,000.00. If the Bid Package amount is over $500,000, then the BIDDER must submit a prequalification package and be approved prior to any award. Approvals are good for 12 months and must be renewed annually. The prequalification process can be started on our website at the following URL: http://balfourbeattyus.com/Partners.aspx RFI DEADLINE: Submit RFIs through Construction Manager's Bidding Platform no later than March 16, 2023 at 4:00 PM. Final addendum including RFI responses will be issued on March 27, 2023.
