The Town of Ashland seeks bids for the installation of air conditioning in the Town Hall located at 12094 Route 23, Ashland, NY Specifications are as follows: Office Spaces- Supply 3 -6k wall units in Offices to east side of the building. Run all line sets up to attic to 1 Remote branch box and mount branch box on floor in attic. Run main line set down wall to 3-ton condenser. Remove metal siding to conceal line st and wiring. Pressure test and evac. Open service valves and test. Line Voltage to be provided by Licensed Electrician. Materials and Labor Supervisor Office- Supply and install 1 - 12k wall unit and run line set to outdoor unit in front of building. Remove metal and conceal all piping and wire and drain. Set 1- 12k outdoor condenser. Pressure test and evac down. Open service valves and test. Line voltage to be provided by a Licensed Electrician. Materials and Labor Judge Office- Supply and install 1-9K wall unit and run line set to outdoor unit in back of building. Install line hide to conceal all piping and wire and drain. Set 1-9K outdoor condenser. Pressure test and evac down. Open service valves and test. Line Voltage to be provided by a Licensed Electrician. Materials and Labor Court Room - - Supply and install 2 - 36K wall unit and run line set to outdoor unit in back of building. Install line hide to conceal all piping and wire and drain. Set 2 - 36K outdoor condensers. Pressure test and evac down. Open service valves and test. Line Voltage to be provided by licensed Electrician. Material and Labor All bids must be accompanied by a Non-Collusive Certification and all labor must be set at prevailing wage rates. The Board reserves the right to accept or deny any and all bids. All work must be completed and units operational by June 15, 2023
