This project consists of excavating and reinforcing an existing cast-in-place concrete culvert on Hemlock Street over Mitchell Creek, riprap slope and bank protection, backfill, asphalt pavement and concrete flatwork restoration, fencing replacement and related work. The City of Big Rapids reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City.
