The Town of Saint Albans is requesting proposals from qualified professional geological and/or engineering firms (Consultant) for the permitting of a new drinking water source at the Saint Albans Bay Park. The consultant scope of services includes, but is not limited to, source pumping test, interference monitoring of nearby wells, water quality testing, and a source evaluation report. All work to be completed per the State of Vermont Water Supply Rule for source approval. The contact at the Agency of Natural Resources (ANR) Drinking Water and Groundwater Protection Division (DWGWPD) for this project is Scott Stewart. Questions about the project should be submitted in writing, and directed to David Allerton at the above email address. All questions must be submitted by Friday, March 10, 2023 by 2:00 PM. The project shall be completed, with the Source Evaluation Report submitted to the Town and to Scott Stewart of the ANR DWGWPD by June 30, 2023. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
