Wilder Apartments Inc. has estimated this project may cost in excess of $25,000 and therefore requires a bid security in the amount of 10%. Successful Bidder shall furnish an approved performance and materials and labor bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract amount. Each bidder will be required to have a current Montana Public Contractor’s License. All subcontractors, for work over one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) must also be holders of a current Montana Public Contractor’s License in the appropriate classification. The contractor must maintain and provide evidence of Workers Compensation coverage or State of Montana Independent Contractor’s Exemption and general liability insurance of not less than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence. No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least sixty (60) days after April 4, 2023. After award of a contract under this solicitation, and prior to the start of work, the successful bidder will be required to attend a pre-construction conference with representatives of Wilder Apartments Inc. and other interested parties.
