In addition, recommendations regarding the management of contaminated soils must be provided. The bidder must plan its activities so that the work of professional services begins immediately after having awarded the contract by the municipal council. Soil and material reconnaissance and environmental characterization fieldwork must be completed: End of drilling work: June 16 / 2023 The preliminary survey reports must be submitted to the Municipality representative no later than one (1) month after the end of the work on site for each of the roads. All test results must be transmitted as they become available: Submission of the preliminary report: 14/July / 2023 The final report must be submitted in two (2) hard copies and in digital format following the issuance of comments by the municipality.
