The low bidder was Staker & Parson Companies with a total bid amount of $421,228.95 which is under the approved budget amount of $472,500.00 in the Class C fund. Installation of approximately 8 ADA ramps, Installation of approximately 140,073 SF 4" thick asphalt The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, a bid security subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
