The Board invites qualified Bidders for Contractor Services to Bid for the supply of all labour, materials, equipment and services required for the completion of Interior Renovations at Brier Park Public School - 10 Blackfriar Lane, Brantfod ON - for the Grand Erie District School Board in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Hallex Engineering Ltd The overall scope of the project includes the demolition of select interior finishes, specified elsewhere. Demolition will require asbestos abatement including; removal of ACM window putty using Type 1 asbestos procedures, removal of ACM drywall finishes using Type 2 asbestos procedures and removal of ACM mechanical insulations using Glove bag operations and/or Type 2 asbestos procedures as specified. The contractor is responsible for work phasing and segregation of asbestos and non-asbestos waste as appropriate, with approval of the project Consultant(s). *Awarded project value is undisclosed.
