Upgrades, repairs and improvements to Saint-Mathieu elementary school. The scope of work includes the renovation of the building brick and stone envelope, repointing work, lintels repairs, windows and doors repairs or replacement, exterior lighting system upgrades, stairs repairs. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. Owner has awarded a mechanical and electrical engineering professional consultants to provide design services. Timelines of the project development are not finalized pending required approvals. Further update in late 2025.
