The District is subject to the Colorado Elevator and Escalator Certification Act which has adopted the current American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Safety Code for Elevators and Escalators and requires documentation to the Colorado Division of Oil and Public Safety (OPS) of an annual inspection by a licensed conveyance inspector. Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) process, the District desires to solicit firm prices with a Vendor for full service elevator inspection and maintenance Agreement at various District locations. It is the desire of the District to set firm pricing for initial term of this agreement and up to the four (4) additional one (1) year periods.
