Construction of climate-controlled equipment room and installation of 100-foot pole, LP Tank and backup generator for Mt. Vernon Site, Avondale Site, and Green Hill Site. A certified check or cashier's check payable to Carolina Community Broadband Alliance or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by a corporate surety licensed under the laws of North Carolina to execute such bonds in the amount equal to five percent of the total of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. A Performance and Payment Bond will be required for this project This project is being funded in whole or in part by the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG), through the Department of Commerce Rural Economic Development Division (REDD).
