The project involves work on a total of 19 streets which are spread over the entire territory of the City of Saguenay. Financial guarantees and other requirements may be specified in the tender documents. Only bids from contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement will be considered for the purposes of awarding the contract and, where applicable, whose the license is required under the Building Act (RSQ cB-1.1). The City of Saguenay does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received, and will not incur any obligation whatsoever towards the tenderer(s).
