For Annual Inspections and Service of Cranes, Hoists, Monorails Questions or requests for additional information regarding this solicitation shall be directed in writing to the assigned City of Cincinnati Buyer, Tammy Kaser, via email at tammy.kaser@cincinnati.oh.gov. Please submit all questions via email no later than 12:00 PM Noon ET on March 7, 2023 Bid Surety and Performance Bond requirement for this procurement have been waived in accordance with Sections 321-17 and 321-45 of Ordinance Number 426-1992. The quantities listed herein are the various City Departments' estimated requirements for a twelve (12) month period; however, they shall not govern the actual quantities purchased during the contract period. The City reserves the right to delete any location at any time. Such deletion shall occur at no penalty to the City. At the sole discretion of the City the contract may be renewed for two (2) additional (12) twelve- month periods, ending thirty-six (36) months from the effective date of the contract. These options shall be automatically exercised unless written notice to the contrary is filed with either party not later than ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the current contract period.
