The City of Lone Tree (City) Seeks to Partner With a Qualified Contractor to Complete a Facility Painting Project at the Performing Arts Center. Certain Specifications Are Listed Below; See Section 2 Attached for the Full Scope of Services. o Paint All Exterior Stucco Surfaces of Facility to Match Existing Color. o Paint All Exterior Soffits of Facility to Match Existing Color. o Cover Up and Protect All Landscaping, Sidewalks, and Non-paintable Exterior Facility Elements During Project. o Paint All Interior Walls of Main Lobby Higher Than 9 Feet. o Cover Up and Protect All Flooring, Art, Furniture, and Non-paintable Interior Facility Elements During Project. o Supply All Equipment, Materials, and Man Lifts to Complete Project is a Safe Manner. o City Will Supply All Paint for Entire Project. Bidders Must Hold All Required Certifications and Be Able to Perform the Scope of Services in Section 2 of This Rfp.
