Your firm is invited to submit a proposal to provide General Survey Services in accordance with the enclosed Specifications and General Terms and Conditions. Nothing herein is intended to exclude any responsible offeror or in any way restrain or restrict competition. On the contrary, all responsible offerors are encouraged to submit proposals. The County of Henrico reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals submitted. Pursuant to Henrico County Code Section 16-43, the award will be made by the Board of Supervisors of Henrico County, Virginia. Should you have any questions concerning this RFP, please contact Eric Rosen at ros074@henrico.us by no later than March 8, 2023. The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposal and the resulting contract, is to obtain services from a qualified firm to provide General Survey Services in accordance with the Scope of Services section of the solicitation.. The contract period shall be July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. Contract prices shall remain firm for the contract period The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
