This requirement is for full elevator maintenance, service, repairs,and replacement at the Phillip Burton Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco CA 94102. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and interpersonal skills necessary to ensure effective performance of elevator maintenance services.
