Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Brighton Parish, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,940-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Demolition and disposal of existing Salt Shed building, foundations and electrical connection. .2 Excavation and removal of existing catchbasins, culverts and asphalt. .3 Excavation and site grading for new salt shed. .4 Trenching and installation of new catchbasins and storm sewer piping. .5 Site drainage and site grading. .6 Placement of sub-base, base, and asphalt materials. .7 New Salt Shed foundations, foundations drains, .8 Coordination and installation of the pre-purchased prefabricated tarp structure. .9 Placement of underground and above ground electricals components and connections.
