Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Kenora, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work to be undertaken generally involves, but is not necessarily limited to: Supply and installation of site development including; crushed stone pathways, wood deck, CIP concrete seating and retaining walls, site furniture, lighting, and landscaping on the grounds of Rotary Peace Park in Kenora, Ontario (the "Work"). The CITY's consultant for the Project is Hilderman Thomas Frank Cram (HTFC). The Successful Bidder shall achieve substantial performance of the Work for the Project by September 29th, 2023. The drawings and specifications for the Project can be obtained from Operations Center, Second Floor Reception at # 60 Fourteenth Street North, Kenora, Ontario or digitally via email request to Shaun Clifford, Facilities Manager, at sclifford@kenora.ca Award subject to final approval
