The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment necessary for, and incidental to, construction of this project as indicated on Drawings and specified herein. b. Work shall include everything requisite and necessary to finish work properly, notwithstanding that every item of labor or materials or accessories required to make project complete may not be specifically mentioned. c. General Description of Work: (1) Project consists of replacing existing 208V Federal Pacific panels with new and removing old busduct. (2) Demolition shall consist of removing old busduct made obsolete by new work. (3) Architectural work shall consist of building new furred out electrical risers in the corridors. (4) Structural work shall consist of: N/A 5) Mechanical work shall consist of: N/A. (6) Electrical work shall consist of installing new 208Y/120V panels to replace the existing Federal Pacific panels fed from the busduct and as noted on the drawings. Panels to be located in the corridors to allow for proper working clearances. All branch circuits to be extended to new panel locations and reconnected. Updated panelboard schedules to be provided. New panel feeders to be provided and connected to distribution panels in the basement. Accompanying the bid is a bid bond, or a certified check or a cashier's check payable without condition to "The Curators of the University of Missouri" which is an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of amount of largest possible total bid herein submitted, including consideration of Alternates.
