The project consists of exterior renovations to include new building façade, site lighting, and all miscellaneous work as indicated for the Exterior Renovation and New Building Facade at the Mt. Pleasant Glass Centre. Prospective bidders can address all questions to the office of the engineer at (717) 461-3916 attention Mr. Bryan Clement or by contacting the Westmoreland County Industrial Development Corporation directly at (724) 830-3610 attention Ms. Melissa Iarussi. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Westmoreland County Industrial Development Corporation, negotiable U.S. Government Bonds, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder, and an acceptable surety authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid for the Exterior Renovation and New Building Façade at Mt. Pleasant Glass Centre shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds each in the amount of 110% of the contract price, and certificate of insurance prior to the award of the contract. Requests for information will not be accepted after 5:00 p.m. on March 20, 2023. Shipping will be via standard delivery for an additional fee of $50.00.
