SECTION 1: PURPOSE 1.1 The City of Albany (hereinafter referred to as the "CITY") hereby requests Proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Recycling & Composting Consulting Services on an as-needed and non-exclusive basis. 1.2 The ensuing contract for these services and provision of materials will commence in or about the Effective Date, and will terminate on 12/31/23, with two (2) one (1) year extension periods. SECTION 2: RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS: 2.1 Proposers may submit Proposals by mail, hand delivery, or electronically via BidNetDirect.com no later than Friday, March 17, 2023 at 2:00 pm.
