Renovation of a mixed-use development in Massapequa Park, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of his bid, in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information of Bidders. Any bidder may withdraw his bid, either personally or by written request (if such request is received by the Board of Trustees at any time prior to one minute before the scheduled closing time for receipt bids). If a contract is not awarded within 45 days after opening of the bids, all bidders may withdraw their proposals by written notice. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and the minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. The Village, through its Board of Trustees, reserves the right to waive any informalities in, to reject any or all bids and to accept that bid which it deems most favorable to the Village.
