General Conditions, including, without limitation, Site Access Conditions and Requirements; B. Special Conditions. 1.02 SUMMARY OF WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The Work of this Contract consists of the following: REPLACEMENT OF WALK-IN FREEZER AT MOT YARD Selective demolition and construction are necessary for the replacement of walk in freezer, including associated civil, architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical and/or electrical work as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications. Generally, these categories of work involve new finishes, adaptive re-use and modification of certain selected areas, and pertain to changing and expanding selected infrastructure utilities, and extensive modifications. The Project will involve barricading of work areas as indicated on the Plans and enumerated in these Specifications. 1.03 CONTRACTS A. Perform the Work under a single, fixed-price Contract. 1.04 WORK BY OTHERS A. Not Applicable 1.05 CODES, REGULATIONS, AND STANDARDS A. The codes, regulations, and standards adopted by the state and federal agencies having jurisdiction shall govern minimum requirements for this Project. Where codes, regulations, and standards conflict with the Contract Documents, these conflicts shall be brought to the immediate attention of the District and the Architect. B. Codes, regulations, and standards shall be as published effective as of date of bid opening, unless otherwise specified or indicated.
