Contractor must furnish all necessary labor and material to modernize two (2) hydraulic elevator systems in accordance with specifications. This is a turnkey project for the Contractor. All work is to be accomplished in a professional manner utilizing the best possible materials. The Contractor shall perform all operations as specified herein, and in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents. This specification will direct the Contractor to provide all labor, material, equipment, tools, supplies, and supervision required to maximize the performance of the elevator and establish a modern, safe, flexible and responsive elevator transportation system. It is the intent of this specification to outline broadly the equipment required and establish performance criteria but not to cover the details of design and construction. Such details are the responsibility of the Contractor.
