Charles Perry Partners, Inc. is bidding the Orange County Convention Center North South Meeting Rooms Renovation The work of project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the follow: Renovations consisting of construction to renovate the meeting rooms interior finishes such as flooring, ceiling, walls, wall panels, operable wall partition systems. The Estimated Cost for this project is $45,700,067.00 Question Submission Deadline December 31, 2024, 4:00pm In addition to renovating these meeting rooms interior finishes, the scope includes upgrading mechanical valves, electrical, energy efficient lighting, controls, and while protecting other existing building systems (i.e. fire protection, audio system) already replaced to meet local and federal regulations.
