Contractor to complete the following twenty-two preventive maintenance tasks/repairs per elevaor list below - 01. Empty pit can into tank and record in logbook. 02. Clean elevator pit of oil and debris. 03. Examine piston, seal/packing and notify district of any needed repairs. 04. Test emergency dialer inside elevator, report to district if not operating correctly. 05. Test emergency alarm bell, make any needed repairs to ensure its proper operation. 06. Test emergency light make any needed repairs to ensure its proper operation. 07. Inspect doors and door closing speed, make any needed adjustments. 08. Examine door operator, make any needed ajustments. 09. Test car top devices, clean car top of any debris. 10. Operate elevator to ensure proper operation. 11. Test all indicating lamps, replace as needed. 12. Test all indicating gongs, bells, chimes, repair as needed. 13. Examine guide rails, roller guides, clean and lub as needed. 14. Examine all safety switches, clean and adjust as needed. 15. Test ventilation fan, if installed, for proper operation, make any needed adjustments. 16. Perform the monthly fire recall phase 1 and 2 key switch operation and record in logbook. Notify distict if not functioning correctly. 17. Test scavenger/pit pump and notice district if not operating correctly. 18. Examine gear boxes, drive units, adjust as needed. 19. Clean all machinery, controlls, surrounding spaces of oil, dirt, debris. 20. Examine drive belts, flexible hoses and connections, adjust and tighten as needed. 21. Examine hydraulic couplins, tighten as needed. 22. Examine realys, starters, contacts, electronic boars, reapair/replace as needed. Note: any materials needed and used in connection with performing the preventive maintenance tasks shall be an additional charge.
