The Westchester Medical Center ("WMC" is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to identify and select an experienced, proven Project Manager that will lead the construction team throughout the remainder of the project design, construction phases, and occupancy in connection with the proposed construction of the Critical Care Tower Project in Valhalla, New York. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Total MWBE Participation Goals: 30% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% All questions or requests for clarification concerning the RFP submitted via e-mail by 3/15/2023. Proposals received & accepted until 4:00 pm, 3/24/2023. Contract term: 3 Years Location: Westchester Medical Center 100 Woods Road, Valhalla, NY 10595 All questions or inquiries must be made in writing and directed to the Designated Contact, Alexander Horn at Alexander.horn@wmchealth.org with the subject of the email stating "WMC NBT Project Manager RFIs". Questions and answers will be shared with all recipient firms of the RFP. All questions are due by 5:00 PM on Friday, March 15, 2023 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
