**As of April 12, 2023 , this project has been awarded to Eurovia Atlantic Coast dba Northeast Paving of Northfield, MA for $1.168,650.00** Written Questions Accepted until March 10, 2023 at 4:00 PM Questions must be sent to both Andrea Woods at FRCOG (bids@frcog.org) and Kathe Warden at Town of Becket (administrator@townofbecket.org ) Scope of Work The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and insurance to perform all work required for the project known as the MCNERNEY ROAD IMPROVEMENTS, in strict accordance with the Contract Documents and all related Drawings and Specifications. The Contract Documents (Section 11, herein), Specifications, Drawings and any GENERAL SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS are incorporated herein by reference and are made a part of this Agreement. Contract Price The Owner shall pay the Contractor for the performance of this Agreement, subject to additions and deductions provided herein, in current funds, the sum of Commencement and Completion of Work and Liquidated Damages It is agreed that time is of the essence of this Agreement. The Contractor shall commence and prosecute the work under this Agreement upon execution hereof and shall complete the work on or before October 6, 2023.
