Renovation of a multi-residential development in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in theinterest of the Owner. Description of Work: In general replace flooring, doors, appliances, sinks, faucets, paint interiors, and associated improvements and betterments located at five apartments and one single family home on Reservation Road and Colony Road on the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony ("the Project"). Contractors must be licensed in the State of Nevada. Contractors may obtain copies of the Contract Documents consisting of Specifications/Scope of Work, general requirements, and other information, from the Procurement Officer, Reno-Sparks Indian Colony, 34 Reservation Road, Reno, Nevada, 89502, 775-329-2936 Ext. 3248; procurement@rsic.org. Bidders are urged to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves as to all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of performance of the work to the extent such information is reasonably obtainable. A contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive qualified bidder whose bid does not exceed the amount of funds estimated by the Owner to be available for the Project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the interest of the Owner. If a bid is received from at least one qualified Indian organization or Indian-owned economic enterprise and this bid is within a certain percentage of the bid of the lowest responsive qualified bidder, the contract may be awarded to the Indian organization or Indian-owned economic enterprise. Such Indian Preference is subject to defined evaluation criteria and a percentage allowance; such criteria and allowance can be obtained from the Procurement Office. Bidders claiming Indian Preference will be required to submit a completed questionnaire to RSIC with the sealed bid or before the due date of the sealed bid. Indian-Owned Business will be given preference as determined by RSIC. Indian-Owned, Minority-owned or women owned business participation is encouraged. Reno Sparks Indian Colony Reserves the right to accept or refuse any or all proposals. 6 copies of the Proposals Statements shall be submitted by the deadline listed above. Invitation for Bids (IFB) Packets may be obtained at the Reno-Sparks Indian Colonys Administration office, Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 5 pm or by submitting an E-mail request to the Procurement Officer at mmacias@rsic.org. In the event that you receive an Emailed version of this IFB an original print and original signatures will still be required on all Bid Documents. (No facsimiles or copied documents will be accepted.)
