he 136th Airlift Wing requires construction projects in buildings 1101, 1670, 1675, 4174, and 4175. The following are available Contract Line Items Numbers. Building 1101 is a shared fuel lab facility with the Air Force Reserves and the Navy. The Navy is building an additional fuel lab and will be vacating their current location. The 136th will be acquiring the old lab and will require it to be converted into an administrative office. This is an OPTION ITEM--see SOW and SF1442. Building 1670 contains the family readiness center which requires an additional office space. Building 1675 houses the 136th's Aircraft Maintenance Back-shops to include the Engine Shop. Due to a mission change to C-130J aircraft, the current training room will be reconfigured to office and training spaces as indicated in this Statement of Work (SOW) and drawings. This is an OPTION ITEM--see SOW and SF1442. Building 4174 requires a climate-controlled room for Consolidated Tool Kit (CTK) storage of temperature sensitive items. Building 4175 requires a service window to allow for Aircrew Flight Equipment (AFE) to maintain positive control of their equipment rather than allowing individuals to enter the AFE workspace. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204: Project Magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. Site Visit Information: (a) Site Visit Date: 9 March 2023 (b) Site Visit Time: 08:00 AM (CST) (c) Instructions for Attendees: The Government will hold a site visit for the subject solicitation at the above listed time, at NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas (Zip Code - 76127). In order to obtain installation access and the specific location for the site visit, interested parties must submit a request for attendance to: 136.AW.MSC@us.af.mil and michael.meeks@us.af.mil The request for attendance must include the name (as it appears on government-issued identification) and company name of each attendee. Information provided at the site visit, as well as questions, shall not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. Requests for Information (RFIs): Requests for Information must be submitted in writing through email to 136.AW.MSC@us.af.mil. RFIs will not be accepted after 2:00 PM local on 13 March 2023 unless a response is deemed to be in the best interests of the Government. (c) Insurance Requirements: In accordance with FAR 52.228-5, the contractor shall provide and maintain during the entire performance of this contract at least the kinds and minimum amounts of insurance identified below: Workmen's Compensation - $100,000 Project specifics may be found in the attached documents. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
