Renovation of a water / sewer project in Minoa, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Village of Minoa WWTP Primary Clarifier & Influent Screen Improvements The project generally includes the installation of new primary clarifier equipment that was pre-purchased and delivered to the Village of Minoa Wastewater Treatment Plant, as well as the purchase and installation of a new influent screen and washing compactor at the existing Pump House. Improvements to the existing primary clarifier tanks will also include the demolition of the existing concrete walkways and the installation of a new metal walkway, as well as spot repairs to the sprawling concrete both on the interior and exterior of the tank. The existing pumping house will need to be modified to accommodate the new influent screen, including the installation of a new steel floor at the upper level, the installation of a new staff access door, and the installation of a new enclosure to house a screenings container, including lighting, heating and ventilation. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. O
