The Martha's Vineyard Regional High School District, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for the Rooftop Chiller Replacement/Air-handler/Associated Equipment Project at Martha's Vineyard Regional High School Performing Arts Center in accordance with Contract Documents. The Martha's Vineyard Regional High School is a high school in the Town of Oak Bluffs on the island of Martha's Vineyard. The scope of the project includes replacing a rooftop chiller and dunnage, air handler unit / associated equipment and roof intake vent. Required roof modifications will be handled by the Owner due to warranty. All bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. Bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the category of HVAC and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and a signed Update Statement with their bid. HVAC bidders we act as Prime, no file sub trades requires.
