Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sandy, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of an educational facility.
As of May 1, 2023, neither a short list nor a final selection has been determined. Canyons School District (CSD) is looking to partner with a Licensed and Qualified Commissioning Firm for air handling and radon issues. CSD is not sure of the complexity of the issues at this time. We are interested in information to help create a standardization practice used throughout the district that will help firms understand the SOW and price their services accordingly. We are interested in information to help create a standardization practice used throughout the district that will help firms understand the SOW and price their services accordingly. It is anticipated that this RFI may result in a bidding round for work to be performed after a more detailed Scope of Work is defined and compiled. Please upload your company's project suggestions. CSD will review and build a detailed SOW that will allow firms to review and bid. This SOW will be used as a district standard for other schools that need to be reviewed. Please ask questions through the Q&A portal; we will do our best to answer them. We are looking for direction and information on how to best approach these issues.
