Reference number: 1697969 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-03-20 La Commission scolaire Lester-B.-Pearson is inviting tenders for the Upgrading of Stairs, Exits and Related Works at Ecole John Rennie. Redevelopment of premises to allow for the construction of a corridor and a second exit to the interior courtyard, new exit for the mezzanine of the gymnasium, replacement of non-compliant exterior doors and staircases, repair of the existing exterior concrete staircase which is in poor condition, modification of several classrooms to allow for the creation of corridors to provide access to premises other than through the stairwell upgrading of railings and handrails in the stairwells, upgrading of the entrance hall, upgrading of the pathway to the exit in the cafeteria, replacement of the existing railing in the auditorium with a new one in wrought metal fixed on the existing concrete wall.
