This project includes environmental studies, documentation for right of way acquisition, final design, construction, and construction administration for a 10-12 wide, multi-use path within the City of Albany & Benton County from Scenic Drive (West Thornton Lake) to the end of Hickory Drive. This project has been identified as a need in the County Transportation System Plan, the County Bikeway Plan, and supports the 2040 Thriving Communities Initiative by providing healthy alternatives to travel. As of August 26, 2025, per owner, project still on hold/delayed.
