This Bid Package covers all Site and Building Demolition, all Site Utilities, Excavation and Grading, Asphalt Paving, Landscaping and Irrigation, Pavement Markings, a small amount of concrete curbs and sidewalks associated with a new parking lot, light poles and bases at the new parking lot, MEP make-safe, and MEP demolition.
