Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Corvallis, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Deterioration of county multi-use paths lead to safety concerns. Some paths have large cracks in them wide enough for a bicycle tire. Surface preservation of the County's asphalt and concrete multi-use paths that are located outside of a road right-of-way is a priority; however general funds must be used. It helps meets the County’s 2040 Thriving Communities Initiative by playing a part in reaching the Core Value of Vibrant, Livable Communities by maintaining safe walking and biking recreational spaces. Fiscal Year: 2021-2023 As of April 25, 2023, a design team has not been identified. A construction timeline has not been established yet. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
