The Contract Requires, and the Contractor Shall Provide All of the Necessary Equipment, Labor And Materials to Provide Landscape Maintenance Service for the Town Senior Center, 1288 W Boston Post Road, Larchmont Ny 10538, on a Monthly Basis. In Addition to Monthly Grass Maintenance, the Contractor Shall Remove All Litter, Dumped Refuse, Noxious Plants (Poison Ivy, Oak & Sumac), Minor Dead Trees, Fallen Limbs. The Contractor Shall Trim the Hedge Overgrowth as Directed by the Town Recreation Department. All of the Refuse and Organic Materials Removed From the Work Locations May Be Disposed of By Bringing It to the Town's Sanitation Transfer Facility Located at 40 Maxwell Avenue. The Contract Also Calls for, at Each Location, a One-time Cleanup in the Fall and Spring Seasons To Remove All Fallen Leaves and Dead Vegetative Materials. In the Fall, Leaves May Be Left Curbside for Highway Department Pickup, Providing That the Necessary Arrangements Have Been Made With the General Foreman. In the Spring, All Leaves and Organic Debris Removed Are to Be Disposed of Offsite by the Contractor if the Town of Mamaroneck Sanitation Facility Cannot Accommodate Disposal of Such Materials.
