**As of April 4, 2023. this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded Apr. 11.** The second phase of fire station renovations. Location and scope of work is shown on the project plan sheets and described as rehabilitation of Fire Station No. 34 at 3255 Westwood Drive. The project will be constructed based on the Fire Station No. 34 Phase 2 Plans and Specifications Lump Sum Bid. The Contractor shall coordinate with the Engineer to obtain a "No-Fee" Encroachment Permit from the City's Community Development Department and prior to the start of work. o oral representations or interpretations will be made to any bidder as to the meaning of the contract documents. Requests for interpretations shall be made in writing and delivered to the City at least three (3) days before the time announced for opening the proposals. Interpretations, where necessary, will be made by the City in the form of an addendum to the contract documents and, when issued, will be sent as promptly as is practicable to all parties to whom the bid documents have been issued. All such addenda shall become part of the contract.
