Renovation of a water / sewer project in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

D2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the repair of four dry-type, medium voltage transformers, including the replacement of the enclosure roofs. The Work includes testing of the transformer and power conductors (primary and secondary) along with auxiliary cables. Conductors will be tested before and after repairs are completed. D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows: D2.2.1 Repair and testing of the UVT-2 4000 KVA 4160:480V dry-type transformer. D2.2.2 Repair and testing of the UVT-3 4000 KVA 4160:480V dry-type transformer. D2.2.3 Repair and testing of the LST-4 1250 KVA 4160:600V dry-type transformer. D2.2.4 Repair and testing of the LST-5 1250 KVA 4160:600V dry-type transformer. D2.2.5 Demolition of existing cable tray and busduct support structures that are attached to the transformers and installation of new support structures that are supported from the transformer foundation. Bidders attending the Site Investigation are required to provide their own Personal Protective Equipment; at a minimum hard hat, CSA approved safety footwear, face mask, hearing protection and safety glasses.
