Reference Number 0000312589 Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: 2 Years On behalf of the State of Colorado, Colorado Northwestern Community College (CNCC) is issuing this Documented Quote for Annual HVAC preventative maintenance related services on the CNCC Rangely campus and negotiated service rates for campus wide repair calls, Rangely and Craig. CNCC maintains multiple buildings and varying types and ages of HVAC systems on the Rangely campus. A detailed list of equipment can be found in Section 2, 2.4 Scope of Work. This procurement is for services related to annual preventive maintenance on HVAC units that will take place at CNCCs Rangely campus, commencing April 1st, 2023, with options to renew annually through March 31st, 2026. In addition to, CNCC is looking to have locked rates for emergency repairs, hourly technician rate, overtime technician rate, and weekend/holiday technician rate for services at both CNCC campuses in Rangely and Craig.
