The City of Alhambra, Public Works Department is requesting proposals from experienced, qualified engineering firms to perform inspection services for the construction of various street segments within the City of Alhambra for the FY 21-22 SB1 Street Rehabilitation Project. A selection committee will review all proposals. In order to be considered for selection, a proposal must incorporate all the information required in this document. Failure to incorporate all requested information may result in disqualification of the proposal. In accordance with State Law, selection of a company will be based upon qualifications. The City will determine the most qualified company and enter into negotiations on a final contract price. Cost Proposal must be submitted in a clearly stated not-to-exceed total dollar amount in a sealed and separate envelope with the Proposal clearly labeled as stated in Item 11 of the Proposal Element.
