The Greater Southeast Management District - Houston Southeast (GSEMD) seeks the services of a qualified engineering consultant or consultant team (“Consultant”) to provide translation of project ideas into well-defined projects with plans, specifications, and cost estimates for the Neighborhood Greenways Phase II Project located in the southeast area of the City of Houston, Texas. The project ideas are conceptually described in Exhibit A, which is attached to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The qualified firm will provide professional engineering services including preliminary engineering, design, survey, traffic engineering, and construction phase design services. The following types of services included during the term of the
agreement may include:
Preliminary Engineering;
Geotechnical Analysis;
Traffic Signal Design;
Survey;
Traffic Control Plans;
Final Design;

Utility Coordination;
Pavement Design;
Construction Document Preparation;
Permitting/Approvals Coordination to include City of Houston, TxDOT, Harris
County Flood Control District, Houston METRO, and the Texas Department of
Licensing and Regulations;
Final Design;
Construction Phase Review and Oversight.
