Sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF PAVEMENT at the Lower Poplar Water Treatment Facility known as LPWTF-Asphalt Rehabilitation (the "Project") Project consists of: Area 1- BASE BID for furnishing all products and performing all labor necessary to remove existing pavement and replace with new pavement to match existing for approximately 911 square yards, and includes but is not limited to milling out five (5) inches, installing three (3) inches of 19mm binder base asphalt, roll and compact; lay two (2) inches of 12.5mm asphalt toping, roll and compact, manhole adjustments, and related appurtenances along the project limits; and erosion and sedimentation control measures as shown on the plans and as specified; and all incidentals for a complete job. Owner retains all milled materials. ALTERNATIVE BID, AREA 2, consists of furnishing all products and performing all labor necessary to remove existing pavement and replace with new pavement to match existing for approximately 366 square yards; all other criteria will be the same as stated above under the BASE BID. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids; and reserves the right to waive informalities and technicalities. Bid questions must be submitted to the Owner by 10:00 A.M. on April 4, 2023.
